Refunds

Our treats are classed as perishable goods; therefore, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. 

All of our treats are made fresh to order, if you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us via email at darcysdelightsuk@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order. 

There is a current 10-12 working day turnaround on all orders so please be aware of this before ordering  (This does not include weekends, band holidays or delivery time) Delivery time is added on top of this.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages

We are not held accountable for any damages to your order during transit. We always ensure that your order is packed in bubble wrap to prevent and damages before it leaves us at the bakery.

If your order is not as described on the website, please contact us via email at  darcysdelightsuk@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving. 

Exceptions

If you have received an incorrect order, please contact us at darcysdelightsuk@outlook.com as soon as possible so that we can assist further. 

If you have not received your order and it is after our maximum turnaround time (12 working days- not including weekends, bank holidays or delivery time) please contact us via email at darcysdelightsuk@outlook.com quoting your order number and date the order was placed.

We use Royal Mail delivery service and send all parcels via 24hr tracked shipping and once your order has left us it is then in the hands of Royal Mail once you receive your shipping confirmation email.
